Harbour Reefer Service provides a Service Call Management (SCM) program in support of our Shipping Line customers.

Technical support during transportation; Service Call Management

The SCM program provides technical support to vessel crews in case a reefer malfunctions on board the vessel during the voyage. Whenever the crew is not able to solve the malfunction themselves, they can contact one of our technicians who will provide technical support based on expert knowledge and experience.

The SCM program’s centralized management allows for one global contact point for the Vessels and the Shipping Line which increases your operational efficiency.

A combination of the SCM and our Ship Kit Management programs provides a truly efficient and worry free solution.
